By installing, accessing, or using the Pickup Points CZ/SK/HU application (“the App”, “the Service”), you (“Merchant”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install or use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SoundsGood Agency s.r.o. (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the Provider”), a company registered in the Czech Republic.


The App is a Shopify application that provides pickup point selection and multi-carrier shipping integration for e-commerce stores operating primarily in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, and Romania. The App enables end customers to select parcel pickup points during and after the checkout process.

The App provides the following features, subject to your subscription plan:

The App provides a Shopify checkout extension that renders on:

  • Thank-you page (purchase.thank-you.block.render): Allows customers to select or change their pickup point after completing an order
  • Customer account order status page (customer-account.order-status.block.render): Displays pickup point information on the customer’s order status page

The App automatically detects shipping carriers based on the shipping method title configured in your Shopify store. Supported carriers are identified by keywords in the shipping method name (e.g., “zasilkovna”, “packeta”, “gls”, “dpd”, “ppl”, “balikovna”).

The App applies tags to orders to track pickup point selection status:

  • zasilkovna_unselected: Order requires pickup point selection
  • zasilkovna_selected: Pickup point has been selected
  • zasilkovna_fulfilled: Order has been exported/fulfilled
  • zasilkovna_cancelled: Order has been cancelled

Certain App features are delivered through our legacy system hosted at a separate domain. This system handles pickup point widget rendering, order data mapping, and some webhook processing. The legacy system is an integral part of the Service and is subject to these same Terms.


To use the App, you must:

  • Have an active Shopify store with a valid Shopify subscription
  • Be authorized to install applications on the Shopify store
  • Accept these Terms and Conditions
  • Accept our Privacy Policy
  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction

The App is designed primarily for stores shipping to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, and Romania. While the App can be installed on any Shopify store, carrier integrations and pickup point availability are limited to supported countries.


The App is installed through the Shopify App Store. Installation grants us access to your Shopify store data as described in our Privacy Policy and as authorized through Shopify’s OAuth permission system.

By installing the App, you authorize us to access your Shopify store through the following API scopes:

  • Content management (read_content, write_content): For managing translation data
  • Metaobject management (read_metaobjects, write_metaobjects, read_metaobject_definitions, write_metaobject_definitions): For storing pickup point locations and translations
  • Order management (read_orders, write_orders): For reading order details and writing pickup point assignments
  • Customer data (read_customers): For order export functionality
  • Fulfillment data (read_fulfillments): For checking order fulfillment status
  • Shipping data (read_shipping): For detecting shipping carrier methods
  • App proxy (write_app_proxy): For the pickup point selection widget
  • Translation data (read_translations): For multi-language support
  • Customer orders (customer_read_orders): For the customer account extension
  • Locale data (read_locales): For language detection

You are responsible for:

  • Correctly configuring shipping methods with identifiable carrier names
  • Setting up the checkout extension in your Shopify theme
  • Providing accurate Zasilkovna API credentials (if using Packeta/Zasilkovna carrier features)
  • Configuring billing and selecting an appropriate subscription plan

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and any credentials provided to the App. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or data.

Prices are in US Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

Each subscription plan includes a 14-day free trial period. During the trial:

  • You have full access to the features of the selected plan
  • No charges are applied during the trial period
  • The trial begins upon plan activation
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription
  • Billing is processed monthly through Shopify’s built-in billing system
  • Charges appear on your Shopify invoice
  • You authorize Shopify to charge your payment method on file for App subscription fees
  • You may upgrade from Basic to Premium at any time
  • Plan changes take effect immediately
  • Shopify handles prorated billing for mid-cycle changes according to their billing policies
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App’s billing page or by uninstalling the App
  • Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will end at the conclusion of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law
  • Cancellation of the subscription does not delete your data; see our Privacy Policy for data retention details

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with at least 30 days’ advance notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period. Continued use of the App after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.


You may use the App solely for its intended purpose: managing pickup point selection and multi-carrier shipping integration for your Shopify e-commerce store.

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s systems, servers, or databases
  • Use the App to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s infrastructure or other users’ access
  • Use the App to process orders for prohibited goods under Shopify’s or carrier policies
  • Share, resell, or sublicense your App access to third parties
  • Use automated tools to excessively call the App’s API endpoints
  • Misrepresent your identity or the nature of your business
  • Use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services

We reserve the right to implement rate limits on API usage. Excessive API calls that threaten system stability may result in temporary access restrictions.


The App, including all code, design, documentation, trademarks, and related materials, is the intellectual property of SoundsGood Agency s.r.o. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose during your active subscription.

You retain ownership of all data, content, and configurations you create through the App (translations, shipping configurations, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.


The App operates within the Shopify platform and is subject to Shopify’s Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and API Terms. Your use of the App does not modify your relationship with Shopify.

The App integrates with third-party shipping carriers (Packeta/Zasilkovna, GLS, DPD, PPL, Balikovna). Your use of these carrier services is subject to each carrier’s own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier service availability or reliability
  • Pickup point locations, hours, or availability
  • Delivery performance or delays
  • Carrier pricing or fee changes

The App uses Google Cloud Platform for infrastructure. Your data is processed in accordance with Google Cloud’s terms and our Privacy Policy.

The App uses Mixpanel (EU endpoint) and Microsoft Clarity for analytics. These services are used to improve the App and are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.


Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

For purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • You (Merchant) are the data controller for your customers’ personal data
  • We (SoundsGood Agency) act as a data processor when processing customer data on your behalf
  • We process customer data solely to provide the Service as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy

As a data controller, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have a lawful basis to process customer data through the App
  • Providing appropriate privacy notices to your customers
  • Responding to customer data subject requests (we will assist as needed)
  • Complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data as described in our Privacy Policy. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.


We strive to maintain high availability of the App but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide reasonable advance notice when possible)
  • Emergency maintenance or security updates
  • Shopify platform outages or maintenance
  • Carrier system outages
  • Force majeure events

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the App at any time. For material changes that reduce functionality:

  • We will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice
  • You may cancel your subscription if the changes materially affect your use
  • Basic Plan: Email support at integrace@soundsgood.agency
  • Premium Plan: Priority email support with faster response times
  • Support is provided in English and Czech
  • Support hours: Business hours (CET/CEST timezone)

We warrant that the App will perform materially in accordance with its published documentation and feature descriptions. If the App fails to meet this warranty, your sole remedy is to contact us for a fix or, if we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, to cancel your subscription.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
  • WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS
  • WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF PICKUP POINT DATA PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY CARRIERS
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES ARISING FROM CARRIER SERVICE FAILURES, DELIVERY DELAYS, OR INCORRECT PICKUP POINT INFORMATION
  • WE DO NOT WARRANT COMPATIBILITY WITH ALL SHOPIFY THEMES, CONFIGURATIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY APPS

Pickup point locations, availability, business hours, and features are sourced from third-party carriers. We do not independently verify this data and are not liable for inaccuracies.


TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Costs of procurement of substitute services
  • Damages arising from carrier service failures or delivery issues
  • Damages caused by unauthorized access to your account
  • Damages resulting from your failure to properly configure the App
  • Damages arising from Shopify platform issues or changes

The limitations in this section apply even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SoundsGood Agency s.r.o. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Your misuse of the App
  • Disputes between you and your customers relating to pickup point services
  • Claims by third parties arising from your use of the App

You may terminate these Terms at any time by:

  • Cancelling your subscription through the App’s billing page
  • Uninstalling the App from your Shopify store
  • Contacting us at integrace@soundsgood.agency

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App:

  • Immediately, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities
  • Immediately, if we detect fraudulent or abusive use
  • With 30 days’ notice, if we discontinue the App entirely
  • Immediately, if required by law or legal process
  • Immediately, if your Shopify store is suspended or terminated

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the App ceases immediately
  • We will process data deletion according to our Privacy Policy
  • OAuth sessions are deleted immediately
  • Access tokens are revoked
  • Billing is cancelled (no refund for the current period)
  • Shopify-hosted data (metaobjects, order attributes, tags) remains in your Shopify store
  • Our merchant record is disabled and retained for up to 30 days for accounting purposes

The following sections survive termination: Section 7 (Intellectual Property), Section 11 (Disclaimers), Section 12 (Limitation of Liability), Section 13 (Indemnification), Section 16 (Governing Law), and Section 17 (Dispute Resolution).


We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:

  • We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document
  • We will notify you through the App’s admin interface or via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect
  • Continued use of the App after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance

For non-material changes (e.g., formatting, clarification of existing terms), we may update these Terms without prior notice.


These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles. The applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.


Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at integrace@soundsgood.agency to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the courts of the Czech Republic, specifically the courts in Prague.

If you are an EU consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.


These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App, superseding any prior agreements or communications.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

Notices to you will be sent to the email address associated with your Shopify store or displayed within the App. Notices to us should be sent to integrace@soundsgood.agency.

These Terms are drafted in English. If translated into another language, the English version shall prevail in case of discrepancy.
