Shopscope — AI Store Health Monitor

Agreement
Section titled “Agreement”By installing or using Shopscope (“the app”) from the Shopify App Store, you agree to these terms.
Service
Section titled “Service”Shopscope is a Shopify app that performs automated health audits of your store. It reads your product catalog, theme code, and public storefront pages and generates a health score, findings, and AI-powered recommendations. The app is read-only: it does not modify any data in your store.
Plans and Billing
Section titled “Plans and Billing”Shopscope offers a Free tier and paid tiers (Growth, Pro). Paid plans are billed monthly via Shopify Billing in accordance with the Shopify Partner Program agreement. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the Plans page inside the app.
Acceptable Use
Section titled “Acceptable Use”You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
- Use the app to scrape data from stores you do not own
- Resell or sublicense the service without written permission
Data Handling
Section titled “Data Handling”Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: we read product, theme, and public storefront data. We do not access customer data, orders, or payment information. All data is deleted when you uninstall the app.
Service Availability
Section titled “Service Availability”We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Shopify API, hosting providers, AI API), and bug fixes may temporarily affect access.
Limitation of Liability
Section titled “Limitation of Liability”Shopscope is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.
Recommendations Are Advisory
Section titled “Recommendations Are Advisory”Audit findings and AI recommendations are advisory. You are responsible for evaluating each recommendation before applying it to your store. We make no guarantee that following recommendations will result in specific business outcomes.
Termination
Section titled “Termination”You may uninstall the app at any time from the Shopify Apps page. Upon uninstall, all data associated with your store is deleted within 48 hours.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the app abusively.
Changes to These Terms
Section titled “Changes to These Terms”We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice and updated “Last updated” date above.
